Hurghada Rental is a locally based property management company run by Europeans for property owners who expect the highest standards of care and management for their home in Egypt.
We aim to give the high standards of service that owners would expect in their own country. This begins with the properties we list; if we expect high standards from our buyers or renters then they will expect the same high standards from the properties we offer.
Before we offer a property for rental we will prepare an inventory of exactly what is in it and advise owners if we think that additional items are needed; we will also advise if we think that there are personal items which may need to be removed and stored safely.
We will advise what we think is a realistic rental which can be achieved, whether for long term or short term holiday lets. For each property we will maintain a calendar so that owners can identify occupancy weeks and plan their own visits.
As a guide our services will include the following, although this may be adapted as circumstances dictate.
1. Featuring your property on the Hurghada Rentals website
2. Preparing the inventory prior to rental commencement
3. Showing your property to clients who enquire
4. Preparing apartment for guests to arrive
5. Offering an Airport collection service if required
6. Preparing Management contracts between Hurghada Rentals and Property Owners
7. Preparing rental contracts for clients
8. Collecting rents on behalf of owners
9. Collecting and managing insurance deposits from rental clients
10. Banking rental amounts in account specified by owners
11. Taking responsibility for routine cleaning of the apartment (if required)
12. Taking responsibility for routine maintenance of the apartment
13. Regular inspections of all apartments to ensure they are maintained in good condition
14. Carrying out all repairs using skilled local tradesmen
In addition, for short term lets we will provide a manual of local services and attractions in the area, arrange shopping trips, tours, desert safaris, diving, camel riding and any activity required by your clients.
We also have our own legal experts on hand to handle any issues concerning residency, bank accounts, medical services or any other requirements.
The cost of routine maintenance is the responsibility of the client renting the property. Owners are responsible for annual management fees for the complex. Long term renters are responsible for metered water and electricity charges; readings will be checked at the beginning and end of each rental period.
For short term holiday lets owners will remain responsible for all utility costs but rents charged will reflect the potentially higher usage and Hurghada Rentals will take responsibility for the payment of accounts on the Owner’s behalf.
