Payment Schedule

A refundable reservation fee of 10% is required upon reservation.

There are then three options as to how the remaining balance can be paid:

Option A

90% upon contact. Clients taking this option benefit from a 5% discount from the total purchase price.

Option B

40% upon signature of contract, with the remaining 50% payable in four equal quarterly installments over one year at 0% interest. The 7% Guaranteed Rental Scheme income is payable after the final payment.

Option C

40% (or more) upon signature of contract. The remaining 50% can be paid with a non-status developer mortgage for the remaining percentage, charged at a flat rate of 8.5% for five years, payable quarterly, with an arrangement fee of 2% of unit value. The 7% Guaranteed Rental Scheme income is payable after the final payment.
